Louisiana-born, Roy Haylock (1975), better known by his stage name Bianca Del Rio, is an American actor, drag queen, comedian, and designer. He is best known for winning the sixth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. He was the champion of the RuPaul's Drag Race reality series in 2014. He frequently colaborated with fellow drag queen Lady Bunny.
