Romania-born, Sebastian Stan (1982) is a Romanian-American actor. He is best known for his Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His work also includes roles in Gossip Girl, Kings, Once Upon a Time, Political Animals, Law & Order, Tony 'n' Tina's Wedding, Red Doors, The Architect, and The Covenant. In 2015, he appeared in movies Ricki and the Flash, The Martian, and The Bronze.
