Hilary Duff
Born in Texas, Hilary Erhard Duff (1987) is an American actress and singer. Like many other celebs, she began her career at young age and became a teen idol with her role in the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire, who soon had a film adaptation. Since then, Duff was involved in many projects within the Disney domain, such as the film Cadet Kelly (2002), Agent Cody Banks (2003), Cheaper by the Dozen (2003), A Cinderella Story (2004), and Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005). She released her Christmas themed Santa Claus Lane in 2002, and her second album Metamorphosis in 2003. The album sold over three million copies in the United States alone. Hilary was also involved in several independent films, such as War, Inc. (2008), According to Greta (2009), and Bloodworth (2010). Her novel Elixir was published in 2010, and became a New York Times best seller. Duff's success in numerous fileds made her business blossom, releasing goods such as dolls, clothing (Stuff by Hilary Duff and Femme for DKNY Jeans), and fragrances.
