Khaled Mohamed Khaled (born in 1975), best known as DJ Khaled, is an American producer, radio host, DJ, record label manager, and author. Khaled began his career as a DJ in 90s, where he hosted for the Miami-based station WEDR. He was also a DJ for the hip hop group Terror Squad. Khaled was making beats and experimental sounds already in his young age, so a music producer profesion kinda was his natural choice. In 2006, his 1st solo album "Listennn...the Album" debuted on Billboard Hot 200 at number 12. He colaborated with many artists on their road to success, such as T-Pain, Plies and Rick Ross on the 2007 album called "We the Best". Khaled got DJ of the Year BET Award in 2008, and got promoted to the president of Def Jam South in 2009. His 4th album "Victory" was released in 2010, with names like Nas, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Drake all lined up
